We offer complimentary shipping on all orders Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

If your piece isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 2-weeks of delivery. Returns are accepted only for non–made-to-order items within a 2-week return window from the delivery date.

The following items cannot be returned: made-to-order jewelry, custom designs, engraved items, worn items, or items showing signs of use.

Returned items must be unworn, free of scratches or damage, and returned with all original packaging and certificates.
